Working Together

Working together to support families with disabled children.

At Aiming Higher we work with and alongside many professionals to provide the best possible outcomes for families with disabled children in Blackpool, Fylde & Wyre. If you would like to refer a family to us you can do so, with their consent, here.

If you would like any of our printable information sheets to give to your clients they can all be found on our resources page.

We are always happy to meet with other professionals to forge links and discuss our work. We can attend team meetings or host you at Aiming Higher if this would be of interest. Please get in touch on 01253 204447 if this is something you would like to arrange.

Thank you for attending the meeting . I have been thinking about it this morning and the impact we have had on this family . You have been so inspirational on what we can do for Blackpool families and how working together has had such a positive outcome. Thank you for all your support and I have learned so much from you and Aiming Higher.
