Friday mornings are for parent/carers only – leave the children behind! We offer these sessions to give parents the chance to talk openly to one another, sharing challenges they face and getting peer support from each other out of the earshot of their children. These sessions also involve guest speakers from other local organisations which might be helpful, craft activities to help parents/carers relax and workshops on topics that the group request. Refreshments and breakfast are also provided. The sessions run from 9.30-11.30am and there is no need to book.
