Parent Workshop
Joining us for our parent/carer session this week will be Life Coach, Kelly Mercer, with her “Becoming More Me” workshop. As parents and carers we can often forget who we are beyond this, so Kelly will be reminding us how important we are as individuals. “Our values define how we expect life to be, they are a marker for what we believe we should accomplish. The closer we are to living a life in-line with our expectations; the better we will feel. However, when our values are not aligned this can lead to feelings of sadness. In this workshop, you will consider what drives you and identify the action you should take in-order to start living life to your expectations. Set your own bar and take action.”
